ST5
Stromer ST5 is a speed electric bicycle designed for fast daily travel. The rear-wheel motor provides assistance up to 45 kilometres per hour, with 850 watts of power and 48 newton metres of torque. The stated range reaches up to 180 kilometres. Design integration is taken to a high level, and cables are almost entirely hidden from view. The handlebar, which holds the control electronics, is kept clean and clear. The battery is placed inside the downtube. The Stromer ST5 is intended to make car trips less necessary.
ST5 S-Pedelec by myStromer Ag was selected as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. ST5 S-Pedelec was awarded the Platinum A' Design Award in Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design in 2020. The A' Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which celebrates outstanding design of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, buses, trains, ships, aircrafts and more.
