3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Design Magazine and all content published on meetdesign.org are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that meetdesign.org will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Meet Design Magazine does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Design Magazine, the publisher of Meet Design Magazine and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Meet Design Magazine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the access to or use of, or the inability to use, Meet Design Magazine, or reliance on any content published on meetdesign.org, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The obligation to indemnify survives any end, suspension or termination of your use of Meet Design Magazine.
6. Intellectual Property
Featured works. The vehicle and car designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Meet Design Magazine belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties. Each work is shown on Meet Design Magazine for editorial purposes, and the presentation of a work on Meet Design Magazine leaves every right with the respective owners.
Original materials of Meet Design Magazine. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Meet Design Magazine are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Meet Design Magazine. You are welcome to read Meet Design Magazine and to share links to pages of meetdesign.org for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior and explicit written permission from the publisher of Meet Design Magazine, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, redistributing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of meetdesign.org, except where the law expressly allows.
Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Meet Design Magazine infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a written notice through the Meet Design Magazine Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Meet Design Magazine reviews every notice promptly and carefully and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.
7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising
Meet Design Magazine contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Meet Design Magazine, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain solely the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third party.
Advertising shown on Meet Design Magazine is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the advertising solution provider of Meet Design Magazine. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services
Some features of Meet Design Magazine, such as the Meet Design Magazine Submit Design page, the Meet Design Magazine Newsletter page and the Meet Design Magazine Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on meetdesign.org and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not Meet Design Magazine, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You also agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Meet Design Magazine for lawful purposes, to access meetdesign.org through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of meetdesign.org, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of Meet Design Magazine, and to keep every credit, copyright and other notice intact.
10. Availability and Changes
The publisher of Meet Design Magazine may change, suspend or discontinue Meet Design Magazine, or any content or feature of Meet Design Magazine, at any time, for any reason and without notice or liability. Meet Design Magazine Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of Meet Design Magazine after a revision means that you accept the revised Meet Design Magazine Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
Meet Design Magazine Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with Meet Design Magazine, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of Meet Design Magazine identified in the Meet Design Magazine Impressum, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. General Provisions
If any provision of Meet Design Magazine Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. A delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Meet Design Magazine Terms and Conditions, together with the Meet Design Magazine Privacy Policy and the Meet Design Magazine Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of Meet Design Magazine.
