Scotsman
Scotsman is an electric scooter designed for private and efficient urban transport. The entire frame is 3D printed in a single pass from thermoplastic carbon fiber composite, including the handlebar, stem, fork, baseboard, suspension and battery bay. A carbon fiber leaf spring absorbs shocks without bulky parts or external cables. Scotsman weighs 20 kilograms and reaches a maximum range of 70 kilometers. An LCD panel shows battery level, speed, riding mode and navigation. The light, integrated frame joins full size power with easy carrying.
Scotsman Electric Scooter by Arevo was identified as an innovative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Scotsman Electric Scooter was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design in 2022. The A' Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program that celebrates outstanding design of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, buses, trains, ships, aircrafts and more.
